Patema is a three piece progressive metal band from Denver, Colorado that has been actively playing in the area for over three years. The band started operations out of Albuquerque, New Mexico before relocating to the Denver area in 2022. Their first album “Fathom” is a progressive rock/metal offering that showcases intricate compositions with an emphasis on melody and engaging riffs. The band recently finished recording their second album which sees them moving into heavier territory while still maintaining the focus on melody and their mix between beauty and brutality. The new record is set to release in Fall of 2026. They have shared the stage with acclaimed and Grammy winning artist Mark Lettieri, progressive juggernauts Leprous, and the unique art rock band Bent Knee proving their ability to perform at high levels and deliver memorable live experiences.
